Poppies Europe Limited are an independent market leader within the paper tableware industry. We manufacture a quality product range for both catering and retail sectors, produced under the well-recognised Poppies brand name along with bespoke own label. We have been manufacturing paper tableware for a significant length of time & the Poppies Brand name was created back in 2002 and the company Poppies Europe then took the name in 2007 with a merger of several companies to bring all production onto one site. Our production facility is based in the North West on a 6-acre site, all our UK based production is here, and we can distribute products both nationally and internationally.
WE PRODUCE BILLIONS OF NAPKINS EVERY YEAR
Poppies Europe have been at the forefront in continued investment within our production plant which has seen the production capacity of the manufacturing site increase year on year. Within the last 5 years Poppies Europe have bought out two of its main competitors and successfully integrated these businesses into the Poppies production facility.
McNulty Wray was one of the first UK manufacturers of bespoke printed napkins with a long-established history of napkin production. We have maintained the McNulty Wray brand and it is used for all our bespoke napkins acquired by Poppies Europe in 2012.
Staples Away From Home was the AFH division of Staples Disposables a UK manufacturer with over 40 years of supplying hygiene tissue and catering products. We use the Staples Away From Home brand for all our hygiene tissue including centrefeed, mini jumbo and facial tissue to name but a few. Each product carries the CHSA soft tissue standard as Staples were a founder member of the scheme it ensures product quality and certified standards are met during production, acquired by Poppies Europe in 2015.
Poppies Europe has a field sales team comprising of both regional and national account managers, backed up by dedicated support in the form of a large customer service team based at our head office in the North West.

Quality Consistency Service
These are the founding principles for which Poppies Europe has grown its customer base & product range and which we support our business on.
The Quality of our products we produce is our most important aspect within our manufacturing facility. To do this we have and continue to undergo significant investment on new production lines, constantly upgrading and adding new production equipment.
Consistency is as important as the quality of the product we supply. To help offer a consistent product the production facility has undergone several audits the most important being we are a BRC grade A accredited site.
Service is a must to ensure we give our customers exactly what they need when required. We have a large team to ensure our customers get to see and speak to somebody when they need to but also it allows us to visit customers on a regular basis to demonstrate new products and develop relationships.
